What should you bring with you?
We have indicated this in each excursion description. We will remind you of it again when confirming your booking.
Where to wait for the minivan to pass?
At your hotel reception. Please arrive 5 minutes before the appointment time indicated on your booking confirmation and/or confirmed via WhatsApp.
What is included in the excursions?
This is indicated in the description of each excursion. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.
What language do the guides speak?
We strive to have French-speaking guides whenever possible for our French customers. However, some excursions are only available with an English-speaking guide (or a French-speaking guide upon request only). This is indicated in the description of each excursion. English-speaking guide are always available.
Is snorkeling equipment included?
For excursions that include snorkeling, equipment is provided. However, please note that the masks provided are not suitable for people who wear glasses.
Are the excursions suitable for children/elderly people?
- Children under 4 years old and pregnant women are not allowed to participate in speedboat excursions for safety reasons.
Each participant is responsible for their personal belongings and must be aware of the risks associated with the activity, particularly in relation to their health. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any questions.
- The teams do everything possible to ensure your safety, but we cannot be held responsible for incidents related to pre-existing medical conditions, reckless behavior, or lost or damaged personal belongings.
Are excursions available all year round?
- Excursions to Surin and Similan do not take place between May 15th and October 15th as the national parks are closed. Our excursion booking schedule reflects this.
- The excursion may be cancelled, postponed or modified by the operator depending on weather conditions, tides or for safety reasons.
- In the event of cancellation by the operator, you will be fully refunded or an alternative date will be offered, according to your preferences.
How do I make the payment?
Payment is made upon your arrival in Khao Lak by our representative who will visit you at your hotel at a time convenient for you. We will then give you your paper booking voucher.
- This moment will also be an opportunity to provide you with useful information about Khao Lak and to answer all your questions.
What happens if I want to cancel my reservation?
- If you wish to cancel a booked excursion (whether paid for or not), you must inform us no later than 12:00 PM the day before. In case of late cancellation, a Thai medical certificate will be required to obtain a full refund.
- Without timely notification or a medical certificate, the total amount of the excursion will be lost or due.
How do I book an excursion?
To book an excursion, you can use the online booking form available on the respective excursion pages, via WhatsApp, the contact form, or by email. We will respond within 24 hours to confirm your booking.
Can I book at the last minute?
You can book the day before the excursion; in that case, we will reply within the following hours to confirm availability.
How can I check the availability of an excursion?
The excursion schedule, including available dates, is available online for each excursion. We will respond within 24 hours to confirm the availability of your chosen service.
Is it possible to book for a group?
Absolutely, you can do it online, via the contact form, WhatsApp, or email. We'll get back to you within 24 hours to confirm availability.
Can I modify my reservation after confirmation?
Yes it is possible, but you must contact us at least 24 hours in advance.
Are the excursions covered by insurance?
All our excursions are covered by accident insurance.
